How do I request a service on Masters’ Guild?

Requesting a service is simple:

1. Sign Up: Create an account to get started.
2. Post a Task (Quest): Describe your needs and post your quest.
3. Receive Bids: Review offers from skilled professionals.
4. Select the Best Fit: Choose the provider that suits your requirements.
5. Payment & Completion: Secure payment is processed once the task is complete.

How do I communicate with the service provider?

• Payment is held securely after you approve a quest.
• Once the task is completed, the funds are released to the service provider.
• In case of disputes or cancellations, refunds are processed seamlessly.

How does payment work?

Once you approve a quest, the payment is held securely. Upon completion of the task, the final payment is released. If there are any issues, refunds can be processed.

Can I cancel a quest?

Yes, you can cancel a quest before it starts. If you cancel, any held payments will be automatically refunded.

What areas does Masters’ Guild serve?

Masters’ Guild serves clients across the United States and Canada. However, we anticipate that major cities such as New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Philadelphia, San Antonio, San Diego, Dallas, San Jose, Austin, Jacksonville, Fort Worth, Columbus, Charlotte, Indianapolis, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Washington D.C., Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Vancouver, Quebec City, and Hamilton will secure user bases more quickly. This makes it likely that services will be established in these areas first.

How do I register as a service provider?

Becoming a Guild Member on Masters’ Guild is straightforward and flexible:

1. Sign Up: Click the “Guild Member Sign-Up” button at the top of the home screen.
2. Profile Creation:
   • AI Consultation: If you prefer a guided process, our AI consultation will help you create a professional profile by analyzing your skills and preferences.
   • Manual Profile Creation: Alternatively, you can build your profile manually. Highlight your expertise, add certifications, and craft a compelling bio to stand out from the competition. A well-detailed profile increases your chances of being selected by clients.

What is the Mutual Review System?

After task completion, clients and Guild Members leave reviews for one another. This helps maintain a professional, respectful, and trustworthy community.

How do I earn gold as a Guild Member?

Gold is a valuable currency in Masters’ Guild that enhances your opportunities. Here’s how you can earn and use it:

Using Offer Tickets and Gold

• Daily Offer Tickets: Every day, Guild Members receive 10 free offer tickets to bid on quests.
• Additional Offers: If you exhaust your daily tickets, you can use 2 gold per additional bid.
• Purchasing Gold: You can buy extra gold at approximately $1 per gold for greater flexibility.

Earning Gold

• Leveling Up: Gain 2 gold each time you level up.
• Ranking Up: Rank up and earn a set amount of gold.
• Mission System: Guild members will have the opportunity to complete special missions or challenges to earn additional gold. Enjoy our achievement system!

Rank-Up System

Guild Members progress through ranks based on their completed quests:

• Novice Rank: Level 1-9
• Apprentice Rank: Level 10-49
• Journeyman Rank: Level 50-99
• Expert Rank: Level 100-499
• Master Rank: Level 500+

Each rank unlocks new privileges and builds your trustworthiness, making you more attractive to clients.
