Level and Rank-Up System

Guild Members level up by completing tasks, with each task earning 1 level. Here’s how ranking works:

Level 1-9: Novice RankLevel
10-49: Apprentice Rank
Level 50-99: Journeyman Rank
Level 100-499: Expert Rank
Level 500+: Master Rank

Janitor/Custodian

Description:

Janitors and Custodians are responsible for cleaning and maintaining buildings, including offices, schools, hospitals, and other facilities. They perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Certifications (U.S./Canada):

Generally, no formal certifications are required for Janitors or Custodians in the U.S. or Canada. However, some employers may offer on-the-job training or certification programs in cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

Maintenance Technician

Description:

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. They handle tasks such as troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs to ensure the smooth operation of systems and equipment.

Certifications (U.S./Canada):

United States: Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) – Certified Maintenance Technician
Canada: Red Seal – Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certification (often used for maintenance-related work)
