The COO’s Journey: Challenges and Triumphs on the Path to Masters’ Guild
In this COO story at Masters’ Guild, I’ll share my journey from an engineer to a leader, navigating the challenges and triumphs of building our platform.
Why did I become the COO? Well, being an engineer by trade and quite confident in my intellect, I found myself constantly bouncing ideas and strategies off our CEO. Before I knew it, I was in this role. But getting here wasn’t a walk in the park.

The Beginning of Website Development
When I first took on the challenge of building a website, everything was new and unfamiliar. Every line of code was a new concept, and aligning all the design elements was no easy task. However, solving one problem after another and watching the website gradually take shape gave me a deep sense of accomplishment.
Learning and Creating Content
Not only did I dive into website development, but I also ventured into video production, another new challenge for me. With the help of Kim PD (my AI assistant), I learned video editing programs and created content, constantly learning along the way. There were plenty of ups and downs, but each one contributed to my growth.
Challenges and Growth
The biggest challenge throughout this process was taking on tasks I had never tried before. Sometimes I failed and had to try again, finding new methods along the way. But it was through these challenges that I grew, and as a result, I was able to help make Masters’ Guild a better platform.
Collaboration with the Other Founders
While the other founders have been hard at work developing the platform, I’ve been focused on the website and content creation. By working together and excelling in our respective fields, we’ve been able to bring Masters’ Guild to life.
Looking Ahead
As the COO of Masters’ Guild, I will continue to learn and take on new challenges, always striving to provide better services. The experiences I’ve gained on this journey will be crucial in helping Masters’ Guild continue to grow.
