Check credentials against the full scope

Review the whole proposed job when checking credentials. DCCA requires a contractor license when a project exceeds $1,500 in labor and materials, or when the project requires a building, electrical or plumbing permit. Prepare the room and building access

For a condo or managed property, ask management about drilling approval, work hours, insurance paperwork, parking and elevator reservations. Confirm the requirements for your building and share the answers with the installer before choosing an appointment.
